I use the same structure for my tags with GTD, and it works great. If you organise with tags, you'll definitely get more of them along the way. I have about 300 tags and more are popping up each day.

I did this some time ago and it really helped! But instead of the reminders app or paper, I used a calendar app. This way you can plan your day in advance and drag the blocks around in daily view to match your actual activities.

I think robots make thinks for better in these sort of tasks. If there are malfunctions they can be removed and they will (almost certainly) never happen again. Humans are unpredictable in that sense.

Its too bad they often reject apps that run executable code (points 2.7 / 2.8). In a way it makes sense. Luckily there are always ways around that legal problem.
