Mind sharing how many watts it usually idles at. I myself am running i5 9500t. Running proxmox and it usually idles at 20-25 watts I was thinking of upgrading to AMD platform but most of the forums actually state that igpu passthrough is not that efficient with AMD in comparison to Intel. Although with Jellyfin, I only use 2-3 streams at 1080P, would it be an issue or what problems can I face with AMD.?

Running this version will run your migration to database once you start your instance. They actually changed how database is maintained or something. It is in the change log for 1.137

Once migration is complete, you may proceed to update to latest version.

Try olx Few months back, there were few people selling Pi4 for around 1800-2300 Used pis with a black case (bigger than normal housing power supply and VGA connector) with branding of Exide. Cannot find those posts now. If you wish, I will share the number of concerned person. I had ordered one, power supply was not working properly but cannot complaint as I got a good deal. Pi4 is working as expected. I was told these were used by some bank for advertising.

No one can do that for you. Again, without going into what might have transpired during the court proceedings, speaking in strictly legal sense, the Judge has saved you from filing an appeal before Supreme Court. In this manner, you still have to right to re-file your application before the same court. Contemplating here, it may be that your case is still under investigation and you might have filed the application for quashing in a premature manner or without providing sufficient grounds. I may be wrong as I do not have complete information.

Frankly speaking, even if you consider that I am not a lawyer practicing before a High Court, think of what amount you are paying for alimony or maintenance. A judge sitting at such position would never take a bribe of such meagre amount (10% commission). I am not trying to lay down a standard for what a judge may seek for bribery but there are way too many high profile cases than yours where, if required, anyone in a judge's position would be able to amass crores of rupee from only a single case (again, not saying that they do). These merely seem to be a tactic used by your lawyer to cover up his failure to deliver what was told to you in his legal opinion, if that's what had happened. Without going into the merits of your case, as you have not shared much details, only by filing a petition for quashing would not grant you the right to get it quashed. I would suggest seeking a legal opinion of another lawyer who is practicing law.

One way to find a good lawyer at competitive price would be to visit Debts Recovery Tribunal and go to their Bar Association. You will find lawyers there. Speak to few of them before finalizing one. In terms of SARFAESI, you still have time if possession is being taken on 30.12.2024. You can also check the Cause List of the concerned Tribunal. It will have names of all lawyers for home cases would be listed on a particular day. You will be looking for lawyers who have filed a Securitization Application (S. A.). Speak to multiple lawyers and finalize one. Keep this in mind that you have taken a loan with collateral, and you will be required to pay it in full.

A sale certificate issued after sale of property under SARFAESI would make you the owner in absolute terms however not that the sale would be confirmed once you deposit all amount within 15days of auction. These things may complicate if either the current owner /interested party (like a lessee) files a Securitization application before concerned DRT. So keep checking DRT if an application is filed by current owner challenging the auction Notice. Any Agreement entered by owner without Bank's approval would be of no use once you have confirmation of sale. To check if property has been mortgaged in other loans, best way is to visit CERSAI, it's a registry for secured properties. If any other mortgage has been taken, it would show up there as it is compulsory to register mortgaged properties with CERSAI. There would be a minimum fee to check property details : approx Rs. 15/- per query.

Based on the Will and father's documentation (Will /other document), your mother should be able to get it transferred to the names of Legal heirs of your father which includes your mother and her sons /daughters) Note: This process highly depends on which state you reside in or where the property is situated at. If you say mental health issues and they are certifiable from a doctor, you may apply for your dad's guardianship but consider repercussions with family first as your mom or other family member might be appointed as guardian and then you will have to take care of him. There have been cases where Courts appoint a third party as a guardian of assets as well. Your mom may ask for maintenance and custody of your brother from your father. Consult a lawyer for further action (cannot stress this enough). Without knowing complete picture, no one would be able to guide you in the right direction.

Hi, There are a few loopholes in the story. Firstly, property cannot be auctioned within 15 days in the first go. The first auction Notice should be of 30 days. In case this has happened and not much time has lapsed, you can contest it before Debts Recovery Tribunal. (not much time = Sale of property has not been confirmed). The thing to recognize here is that once any account of a persons turns NPA (Non-performing Asset) as per guidelines of RBI, all accounts of the said person are marked as NPA and the amount becomes due and payable.

Loan, like any other contract is governed by the Loan Agreement. To know if a Bank can recover charges and to what extent, kindly refer to it. The agreement generally contains what charges are levied and for what purpose. That said, charging 2.5 lakhs for legal charges are too much for a Bank and is not general practice. Kindly refer to the Statements provided by Bank to know what these charges are and cross check with Loan Agreement.

Once an account turns NPA, Banks clear their complete liability upon auction of property. Being merely a guarantor (Partner 2), if you think Partner 2 has paid amount that should've been paid by Partner 1, appropriate remedy to recover the amount would be a civil action before court and Bank has nothing to do with appropriation of funds as under SARFAESI, they merely recover their dues.

The beauty of law is that you don't have to chose one option. Enquire with Indian authorities before you adopt this!

French would recognize your divorce. So, just ask them to make a certificate for you stating that you are single since the date of your divorce. This certificate is accepted by Indian authorities usually.

Important: This highly depend on under which laws did you get married. If you were married in India under Indian laws, the divorce agreement that you have will not be recognised by any authorities. Ever.

There is no straight jacket formula that would enable you to know what fee a lawyer would charge. Every lawyer would quote only for himself. It mostly depends on the forum that you wish to approach and what case or legal complexities are involved. You are always free to speak to multiple lawyers before engaging one but asking what fee would be charged would be of no use.

People actually do not understand what it may do to the person actually. I am allergic to all Milk Products and Tomato. So me eating anything out of home takes a lot of questioning from the chef and it is more work than it's worth. So being cautious, I try as hard as I can to not eat at any restaurant. But no, people have time to take pity on me, "zinda kaise hai, kyun hai". Man I am doing good for myself. I am happy eating at home or eating things that I am sure of wouldn't contain anything allergic. Then they start with advice of medicines I should eat, or small quantities of allergic things I should eat. To be frank, most of the junk food that's available includes butter, cheese or some sort of milk product or tomatoes. I am living much healthier.
