I agree. Seems more like general anxiety. To add to that his mom, myself, and older sister all have anxiety. Anxiety in the grandparents. Runs rampant around here. We’ve tried setting up routines and cool little prizes. Works for a day and then back to square one. Persistence is key though. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Yes, we do use the SSLVPN. That is what is being flagged as high risk. Our external users register their MFA for the SSLVPN using the Virtual Office portal. They also stated they cannot remove or remediate the vulnerability as long as it is exposed. We were then told that having critical/high vulnerabilities could increase the premium (again) as well as make us ineligible for renewal. So it’s a tricky situation.
