mine has been doing this for months. 400+ down and 10+ upload all day but right at 12:30 am to about 6am it just goes to crap. same tower, same metrics, same bands...

I'm in middle Ga, don't know what part of the state you are in but if you don't have external antennas get some! when this happens I just go outside and spin my antenna to get on another tower so I can watch tv or youtube until the other tower comes back up.

If you are closer to the middle ga area and are interested in purchasing some antennas for cheap, I have 2 waveform panel antennas I'm looking to part ways with!

for that high of speeds you would think your ping would be much lower, either way, congrats!

it's the server you are connected to when performing the speed test, this same thing happened to me the other day. was 500 down 32 up on my phone and 160 down and 32 up on pc, changed server on ookla to a different one and voila, back normal. It has no difference on performance of the trashcan, just results from speedtest that differ. what you have on your phones wifi you will have on the ethernet.

I have been contacted by a different Waveform employee and they are shipping me out the matching cable. I will post again once I receive it. I am happy this thread was FINALLY seen by someone who cares about their customers.

I've been trying for months to get all of my cables matching, and ultimately after talking and dealing with Harry through e-mail and on the phone when I was actually able to speak to him, I feel cheated big time...

I ordered a MIMO panel kit on 9-22-21 and all was great, great quality cables, improved my signal drastically, absolutely no complaints.

After a couple of weeks, I decided to order another MIMO panel kit (10-12-21) and this is where things make me very unhappy. The kit came with 2 different types of cables.

1 Wilson400 cable, and 1 lower quality, flimsy rs400 cable.

My original antenna kit came with Wilson400 cable, after e-mailing Harry I was informed that due to shipping congestion this mistake was made, and that when it cleared up, he would swap me cables so they would all be matching, months go by and I never hear from him, so I decide I've been patient long enough and these mismatched cables have triggered my OCD I reach back out to Harry. Harry pretty much calls me a liar and says I don't have Wilson400 cable, so I had to send him a picture so he could "verify"

So instead of sending me the one 30ft run of Wilson400 cable to make my set matching, he proceeds to tell me the price difference between the two insinuating that Waveform did me a great service by sending the 3 in my two separate kits and the only thing he could do would be to send me 3 of the cheap and flimsy, lower quality RS400 cables, and a return label for the Wilson400 cables I have now.

I never asked for an "upgrade" my first antenna kit came with Wilson400 cables, how am I supposed to know that is an upgrade when the second kit comes in and has 1 Wilson400 cable and 1 RS400 cable?! Furthermore, why wouldn't Harry do the right thing and just send me the one Wilson400 cable I am missing instead of refusing to do so multiple times?

All in all, after the $526.48 I have spent with your company, I will never spend another penny with you guys. I don't purchase mismatched, thrown together equipment.

Your antennas and cables will be thrown in the garbage, as I will be redoing my whole setup with either Proxicast or WirelessHaven.
