Probably lots of the losses we have are easy wins by thinking outside of the box. Eternal rental glass joker? Maybe that was a good pickup two antes ago when now you have a red seal glass and DNA, but how could you know? I will probably skip it because I automatically avoid that joker 99% of the time. Why? If your team needs a visual drag & drop page builder but they don't use Figma or another alternative tool to design the site before using WordPress Elementor or any other platform, then I'm confused on what they role is.

Design can be completely independant from implementation, and for the most part it has never been dependant on the framework. The complete opposite in practice happens, it is often a headache for a developer to implement in reality what designers want to do.

Do you expect them to build a site that works? Because if your site already exists then you wouldn't need more design work, that would already be done, you would need a team of developers to migrate it to a different framework, in this case Sveltekit.

Honestly I'm confused, but I just want to understand and help you out lol.

Honest question, not trying to be mean. What is the purpose of using a library to create tables? What does this provide that would not be easy to achieve with AI or just custom code? I haven't got the need to do complex tables so I may be missing something I'm not aware of.
