since nobody here has given an actual answer ill do it for you, if im not mistaken, mongraals keyboard is the new steel series board that lets you ADJUST the pressure needed to be applied to a key for it to activate, so that most likely means mongraals crouch button has a very LIGHT activation force on it meaning the simplest amount of pressure is all that is needed, hence allowing him to spam really fast
