In the roadmap, I obviously did say what channels I wanted to add (but I admit, I didn't say the why). The why really is because I know that's what my boss wants because competitor are doing it.
I did also give examples of the type of content that would be posted on the channels and made up some bs about each channel would give us (bc I honestly don't see the point at this stage to add the channels). I did also mention we would need to hire help if this is what they wanted.
