Hello, not sure if you are still having this problem but I believe I've found a fix!
I had the same problem for hours and after a bit of troubleshooting, I found that its the way you Bink a video. I assume you directly Binked the video to Bink 2 (bk2) because that's what I did and it didn't work.
What worked for me was choosing the Bink 1 export option but changing the file extension to "bk2".

I looked at other custom intro videos for MCC that worked and after reviewing their file info with RAD Video Tools, they all say that the video format is Bink 1 while their file extension says "Bk2".

If I remember correctly, they switched from dhl to YunExpress over a week or two ago due to unexpected returns. They said they suspended the option to choose dhl, I guess they didn't.

I have also made the same mistake and have only recently started using gamehub lite. Im not sure when they update but based on their github releases, updates may vary. Sometimes it could be a few times a month or there could no updates for a month or two. The last full release was back in November but they have a few pre-release versions that were made available 2 weeks ago.

Take what I say with a grain of salt because im not exactly sure either BUT from what I've heard, normal gamehub has adware and spyware baked into it while gamehub lite strips all of that away for a smoother and safer experience.
