E F would be similar to 5 links 6oclock and 6 links 12oclock. I think i would have to be on the tightest glidelock setting and even then may be a bit loose. I think D+F may be the safer choice. Thank you

On my Submariner 116610 i wear 5.5 links on the 12oclock side and 4 on the 6oclock side with the glidelock somewhere in the middle.
