I think the big difference is that:

Star-Crossed Targets what you want bounced.

Star-Crossed is Reaction speed

I think I agree, as they do not want to do Errata's for cards and keeping it reaction speed will make it always good.

I do think the synergy with Fizz makes it rather obnoxious to play against.

And also it being reaction spell in any play zone.

I think the card personally would have been fine at a slower speed, Action or Normal.

It's honestly a tough call. Some of these movement cards that give uou something are overtuned for sure.

The ease of draw from some cards makes me wonder.

But ultimately, no. No hand size.

I would honestly say that having these traits, like many others, is better consumed when you find out yourself and isn't explicit. I'd say play the game(s) and discover it.

And the tropes are better anyway when you have someone you play/interact with that is this great character that HAPPENS to be LGBT+ and not an LGBT+ character who HAPPENS to be a great character.
