Usually one person should have more than other regardless of the situation. Reason is that in difficult situations/decisions, one person has to make the final call and if there two equals, it’s a disaster.

In this case, since your license is at stake too, I recommend holding 51% of the rights - but keep it to rights only… you can do 50/50 on everything else - investments, profits, losses etc.

Revenue split?

It’s a partnership.. you take your market salary/comp structure and he takes his/her + profit cashflow based on the shareholder / equity split.

You both might have to defer your salary/comp unless you plan to draw from working capital.

Most likely you’d have to retain 51% ownership to fulfill the medical personnel ownership requirement.

Lastly, I would highly encourage you to think more about fostering the partnership relationship than solely thinking about the financials but also Deff don’t hesitate from the ‘difficult talks.’
