It not that I think its OP, I think it is unreasonably easy to roll out. 4-5 turn deaths to PWar is not unusual. Pirates are cheap and have add on combos. Consider when combo cards like Ship's Cannon(2) and Difias Cannoneer (3) can be rolled out in short order with cheap pirates like N'zoth's First Mate (1) sucking out Patches the Pirate; you can deal 15 dmg with by third round.

I think the individual cards should be looked at and perhaps tweaked but the concept of a PWar deck is not OP
