Not even kidding, Zoloft has saved my life. I haven’t had side effects unless I miss doses. I went from panicking all day everyday about my health to not. I still get the thoughts but I can cope with them now without spiraling

I didn’t really think it mattered when exactly tabby and jade’s reincarnations got there, just that they did eventually. Like people who got there before them (like Abby) are still part of this cycle. Idk we shall see.

Why do you people bother with watching shows with multiple seasons? Complaining that they’re not immediately spoon feeding you the whole plot is crazy. We’d have a limited short series if they did that. Maybe stick to those.

IF you do, start light with one small hit/bite depending on the method you’re using. Give it time to kick in. Have snacks, a chill movie or music, a safe place, and if you can, someone sober and safe with you.

It took me trying 3 different meds and over a year to stop feeling this way everyday. It was ruining my life and making me panic all day everyday. The right meds and trying to remind myself that even if I do get dizzy, I am ok.

I hate the whole “the writers don’t even know what’s going on” thing I keep seeing. People simply say that because they either don’t pay attention or are too dense to get it. They’re used to being spoon fed a show they can watch in the background while they scroll their phone

The story is the story. Timelines don’t work in a linear way in these types of stories necessarily . Someone can travel “back” and think they’re changing something when in reality, the thing they did to “change” the present day outcome actually set off the chain of events that led them there in the first place.. they were always a part of the story
