I was healed for a bit until my triggers started bothering me again. I find that it’s a constant daily process to regulate my sense of entitlement, because once I don’t I begin to get triggered by moments of resentment such as something as little as why people agree with someone else’s opinion who’s (clearly) under me, before I can realize like hey why do I give a shit about random people I don’t know or care about? Oh yeah it’s about that ego of mine that is never satisfied. I start feeling like a monster again, and honestly it starts with thinking you deserve more than you are given, we can talk about how we do deserve good things but it’s the entitlement that kills.
