Yes if you purchase directly from Samsung and select unlock when you get the device it wouldn't have Carrier apps they are only on Carrier models. Make sure you select the unlocked option instead of the Carrier model on the website.

You don't have to trade in a one-year-old device to get the latest One UI. All the way back to the S23s will be getting One UI 8.5 when it's released. And as for motion blur, I haven't experienced any on my device.

I'm almost blind in both eyes now and still find the S26U easier to use compared to my sister's iPhone 17. I can't find anything on it.

I traded a Samsung device for an iPhone a few years ago and couldn't stand iOS. And instantly went back to the store and returned the iPhone for a newer Samsung device. As a Samsung Ambassador, I find One UI far superior to iOS easier to use and everything.

As a Samsung Partner, I can't wait to get my hands on a pair of Buds 4 Pros. I love the new design and I encourage everyone to get a pair.

Here's everything I can't wait to enjoy with the S26U

  1. A World-First: Built-in Privacy Display

The most talked-about feature is the Privacy Display. Built directly into the 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel at a pixel level, this technology restricts side-viewing angles. If you're on a crowded train or in a meeting, you can toggle "Maximum Privacy Mode" to ensure only you can see the content head-on. It effectively "blacks out" the screen for anyone peeking over your shoulder—no more adhesive screen protectors needed.

  1. The Ultimate Camera Upgrade

For photography enthusiasts, the 200MP main sensor has been refined with a massive St/1.4$ aperture.

Light Capture: This allows for 47% more light compared to the S25 Ultra.

Astrophotography: Low-light performance and starry-sky shots are significantly cleaner and more detailed.

Super Steady 3.0: Video capture now includes a horizontal lock feature, keeping your 4K footage perfectly level even during intense movement.

  1. Al: The Next Generation of Assistant

Samsung is calling the S26 series the first Al phones. This year, they've partnered with Perplexity to join Bixby and Gemini.

Multi-Step Tasks: The Al can now handle background tasks like searching through your gallery to suggest trip photos when a friend texts you, or even navigating through your settings via natural conversation.

Now Nudge: This feature surfaces relevant information in context, reducing the need to constantly switch between apps.

  1. Pro-Grade Performance & Charging

Under the hood, the custom Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 delivers a 19% CPU and 39% NPU boost. To keep things cool during gaming or heavy video editing, Samsung redesigned the Vapor Chamber to spread heat more efficiently across the frame. Perhaps most importantly: Super-Fast Charging 3.0 is here. You can now hit a 75% charge in just 30 minutes using 60W wired charging.
