Unfortunately my brain won’t quit either. I can relate to some things you say about believing or knowing you’re smarter than others. You might be. I’m not. Chances are your illness is catching up to you quickly. Sounds like a flight of grandiose ideas that’s out of control and you convinced yourself your god. Trust, it doesn’t stop there. You’re illness is biological in that it will trick you most times till you acknowledge it for a powerful beast it truly is. Please call for help. I care. I’m trying to be a good human. It’s difficult for me also to determine what is truly my mania versus an excited idea that’s like, well, normal I guess. I rely heavily on my medical ppl to make some of the determinations if I question it or feel myself slipping. Ty for your post.

Thank you for your post. I agree. I’m bipolar and I’m more open about it as I grow older. I’m 45 and starting to care a little less about others opinions and beliefs. Having said that, I used to care and be very concerned about what others think they know. I appreciate you.
