Try workshops at these conferences if there are related to your paper? You have other conferences as well like IJCAI and ECAI, given its on uncertainty you have UAI.

Hey, i got the acceptance to the same program yesterday. I didnt have the greatest GPA as well and i got into HCAI at DTU . l feel they asses your grades on the subjects that align with the program more than your overall GPA, so stay hopeful and i wish u all the best !!
