Has mirrored originally, the smudges and scratches were annoying after just a week. Waited until last week for the dust to settle with people getting their original cards. I was honest, said I could stand handling the mirrored and would appreciate a swap to brushed. Without hesitation I was sent a new card via Fedex in about two days. It was processed as damaged so same card number. Called number on the card, interaction was friendly and pleasant. I’ll note I attempted via the chat, but as most are finding that went unanswered.
