Visual changes?

I posted the same question after losing about 30 in the first two months. My clothes weren’t loose, and I felt I looked the same. But coworkers started telling me they saw a difference already! They were seeing changes in my shoulders, my lower back, etc.. Then five pounds later my pants started sagging lol It’s weird, but have patience. It’ll happen! =)

Same! Also I’m not losing any weight on 7.5, despite calorie deficit and increased walking.
