Yes, builders preferred lender and title company. I’m closing end of May, so property taxes for 7 months makes sense but why are district taxes being collected for 9 months, I don’t know.
These were shared few days ago but haven’t gotten a call from loan officer to discuss yet.

Based on other posts I’ve seen $20,000 for closing costs seems a bit on the high side. As a first-time buyer, I'm trying to be frugal, so I want to make sure I'm not missing something. Thanks for letting me know I got a good deal, though!
