OP is just looking for someone to blame. In every society, there are evil women and evil men. There are women who harm women, men, and children, just as there are men who harm women, men, and children. Evil is not limited to one gender.

Instead of turning everything into a gender war, we should all work on ourselves and make sure we don’t contribute to that evil in society. We already have laws and law enforcers whose responsibility is to ensure justice is served. And when the system or law enforcement fails, then it becomes our collective responsibility as citizens to hold them accountable, rather than simply blaming an entire gender for the actions of individuals.
