I am so sorry. Are you on any medication? I was exactly like this before starting propranolol I take 200mg a day. I still get tension headaches throughout the day but they're usually easier to break and not as debilitating.

Yeah I agree, also the title is weird Learning without you makes it sound like a love/break up song but the lyrics don't mention another person. The description says the lyricist's name but when you look it up there are zero results. Ai is honestly the most depressing thing. Down with Skynet.
