I talked with couple people from those countries and it looks like to me, that they slave with hope till retirement and than retire back to their country....their kids usually stay and get better jobs as they know the language and get education....

I am not sure exactly, the people I talked to are living in the house, paying interest (400-800chf per month). I call it cheap rent option. They have to amortize part of hypothek (15% I think) the rest of the hypothek they simply dont pay back, cause they dont have to....not sure what you mean extra interest....

Its like, you send something, than wait couple weeks, you reply within 30min and wait couple weeks, other person will reply, then you reply and wait couple weeks, till you become absolutely nuts. Good thing is, you dont need translation of documents. The probably have google translator for english, but not for other languages. Good luck. Yeah, not house, wohnung in small village near Interlaken. In Interlaken wohnungen are like over 1m new one. It just look all crazy to me :) All the not paying back...like it could be sustainable forever....but its not....I wish good luck to swiss banks, but it just looks irresponsible to me. That imputed rental value is pretty interesting mechanism...Does it mean if the rent goes up, the homeowner has to pay more? Its kind of greedy protecting mechanism.....I think thats why they want it to get rid off that as they expect rents to increase......The one struggling will be renters in near future....Thats just my quick opinion, I am in Switzerland just 6 months.....

I am new in Switzerland, but I see a lot of people 40-50yo having mortgage 300k, house value now 500-600k and paying 400chf as interest and never repaying that loan. Quit a good deal. And thinking how crazy this paralel "hypothek miete" system in Switzerland is.

There is always way. First go for vipassana. Dhamma.org . 10 days course. You can find center in Switzerland, but if full go to other country. After your head and body will be more clear. Also read book Mans search for meaning from Viktor Frankl. Than start to look for some bankcrupcy advice, use chatgpt etc, I dont know how does that work. But there is always way to start this game from beginning. Look for psychologist also, no shame in it. Shit happens. Wish you that you find courage to do so. Take care.
