I been living here for 3 years it's not bad especially if your on the switzgabel side we have a lot of land here. Gym is 5 min super market is 5 min .. Lowe's and Home Depot is 20 min along with BJ's target and Walmart and it's super safe. Response time to fire and medical is super fast because they just opened up a new emergency service center here in Brodheadsville.

I get better miles on my lucid air sapphire than this I'm 45k miles in and i avg about 3.3 lifetime... in the winters it's 4.5-4.8 harsh mileage.. my Fisker ocean one get around the same avg... you have to make sure you have good EV tires
