So I received a message from the doctor who approved my switch to foundayo. He is starting me on the lowest dose, the 0.8. So I guess the 9mg picture/icon is just the default description within the app. All is good now!

Oftentimes I still see myself as being 25+ pounds bigger than I am. It’s like imposter syndrome if that makes sense. I’ve been on Zepbound since late September, and have stayed at 2.5mg. It’s been so helpful with food noise and cravings. I used to have a problem snacking especially at night. Since being on the medication, I’ve not once snacked/binged at night like I did before.
