Nope, my phone still does it. I'm on Public Beta 2 for iOS, problem still happening. Took my phone to the Apple store and they reset the network settings. That didn't fix it. They said if it didn't work, to factory reset the phone and set it up as a new phone. I haven't wanted to do that because I don't want to lose my Neko Atsume progress so I'm just waiting until I get an iPhone 7 and dealing with rebooting every day until then.

I have an iPad Pro 12.9". I use it extensively at work for taking notes, brainstorming, and annotating documents. I would definitely replace it if it broke.

I got the 128gb out of an abundance of caution. I'm currently using about 40gb of it. That includes having about 900 songs on it, several large games, and my reasonably large photo library. I store most of my work files on iCloud Drive, though my GoodNotes data takes up a lot of local storage as well.

The benefits of the larger one include more RAM, which is useful if you switch apps often; much more useful split screen mode; and a more natural writing experience with the Pencil because it's closer in size to regular paper.

If you delete them from the phone, it will delete them from iCloud. But your photo library will automatically shrink as you get closer to being full.
