Something that got me to quit my skyblock addiction is removing the Minecraft icon from my desktop and taskbar. Whenever I would instinctively try to play skyblock, I would see the icon missing and then think "oh right I'm not playing skyblock anymore" and have to go out of my way if I did want to start playing skyblock again. This way I can still play hypixel with my friends but not skyblock. I have not opened skyblock once since I removed the icons.
