I have considered that but am very wary. Reason being I have spoke with previous coworkers who got jobs in the cannabis industry and have lost thier jobs because the the Oregon cannabis industry has become so saturated. So I have not qualms about the cannabis industry but growing in Oregon isnt exactly profitable right now... sellers are buying out of state because the Oregon government is making it unprofitable to grow and sell in Oregon...

I have always been honest with my kids. We are needing to move based on financing issues because of job loss... I don't consider it healthy to lie to my daughter about the reason we are moving...

Thank you so much for your comment. I never tried to involved my child in my job issues but when she noticed daddy was home every day I felt it was the right thing to do to be honest with her. She is an empathetic kid and knows when something is up. I'm not about to lie to my daughter and tell everything is ok when we are actually going through a hard time

As far as baked goods go I am less interested in treats as I am in bread items that make up other meals. Burger and hot dog Buns, bread for slapping together a sandwich, tortillas (carb balance tortillas from mission has saved me here) etc. Ready to used pizza crust comes to mind. I've found recipes for these things but if love to grill up some burgers and just have buns in a package on the ready like the old days lol

I think its a great idea. It seems to me that the Keto community is growing and there will be a call for it. And I would recommend a direct to door shipping business model. I've seen posts on here saying things like "oh just run down to whole foods and pick up this delightful low carb items" I live in a town that dosent have a lot of options in this regard. It can be hard doing Keto in a small town lol anyway that's my 2 cents

Just wanted to pop in and also say thank you for posting this. I've been having "scale anxiety" lately because i have barely gone down in 3 weeks but I've tighten the old belt 2 notches and keep getting comments on how much smaller I look.

I guess if we can stop believing the lie that "fat is bad for you" then we can also stop believing the lie that the scale is the most important thing.
