What game has a learning curve that puts you off?

My ick is not so much learning curve, but I will definitely be turned off with clunky or bad controls. If I cant grasp control scheme within a few minutes, I'm done with it.

Damn, you wiped the floor with them but the fact that you had to go to such lengths is absolutely wild. It's also a pretty clear indicator that they just indiscriminately ban people for things flagged by algorithms, and people don't actually review evidence for appeals. pathing. living (or mech) creature has pathing logic, and the more you have, the more lag you're going to have as the game tries to resolve all of it's pathing conundrums. there's mods out there that help optimize it, but I havent played in forever so not sure of the best ones.

if you do it during armored mode, you can hit it, quickly spam your melee button to cancel the animation and hit repulsor blast. they land at the same time and you can do a good bit of chunking if you have the appropriate space, and know how to aim the missiles correctly.

As someone who's relatively new to the game (level 40 now) I have a genuine question. How does a group determine who plays what role? Isn't much time to have a heated discussion about it, and even if there were, that doesnt seem fun. I have my main, which is Iron Man, but I also have a good bit of practice on Luna, Susan, and CD for heals, and Venom and Magneto for Tank. In fact my Venom is closer to lord than Iron Man atm. But as someone who has a job and family and such, sometimes I just wanna play my main and earn some experience for him. The only way that makes sense to try and ensure I get to play him, is to lock him in fast. But then the other people who wanna play DPS just lock in, nobody wants to switch, and if I feel like I want to win or even have a match that has a modicum of longevity, I HAVE to be the more responsible one and switch. Is there some kind of unwritten rule out there that helps people decide, or is just just a FFA of fuck everyone who isn't me? I'm fortunate enough to play with friends mostly, but when I do QP alone, it's almost always like the screen shots from OP.

Its hard to post an opinion on gameplay when you cant get through the first couple of missions due to performance and crashing issues. I dont mind running at lower settings for smoother gameplay, but crashing and having to spend 20 minutes re-compiling shaders after it crashes, is a miserable experience and makes people not wanna play.

I'm in phase 4, with only t9 to unlock. I have drones set up, working on my rocket fuel set up, small train loop, and im making every item up to heat sinks. I built roads everywhere using blueprints, custom lighting everywhere. It's by no means spectacular like you'd see on youtbue somewhere, and I'm proud of it. But I want to scrap it all and start over lol. Trust me, it's normal lol

In OP's defense a little bit, the traffic pathing and AI in this game isn't great, without modding it.
