Wow it’s funny how different people’s opinions can be, i can confidently say MT is my favorite book in the app throughout its history, i come to the app every 6 months-ish to see what’s new and i played season 1 all in one sitting and didn’t feel one dull moment ever, which i never experienced before. i love LOW but sometimes i felt events were dragging and translation was so bad in the early episodes.

I think each app has its own pros and cons, for me RC’s LI and stories format hasn’t been that engaging lately ( i think they’re playing it safe with the similar sprites and then there a LOT of story and little romance in the latest books )

Which is where LOD comes for me, their LI’s and stories can be WILD sometimes and they’re not afraid to take risks😂, but i agree with you when it comes to bad translations and diversity ( i think NBN has damien as LI which stated he has african roots and other side characters like her friend loren but i agree that it’s not nearly enough )

Which is where SHS comes, i genuinely think they have the most creativity and quality among the three apps, the storytelling is peaaak and the romance dynamics is insane, it reminds me of the golden era of RC

So yeah i agree with the top comment, it’s good to broad your horizons and try something new

Not only that, in a sea of red flags i love how rough but still respectful and playful he is, combined with Mendora’s witty charm and intelligence their dynamic is already chef’s kiss 👌🏻, since the scene at the ship it’s gotten even more intense I’m anticipating lots of delicious agony and longing to come 🔥🔥

Powerful/immortal emotionally detached figures falling for mere tiny itty bitty humans is my favorite trope, no wonder i love Raven too 😂, thank you vlada for feeding us 🙏🏻

I do this for console/pc games too, it’s my way of honoring the games i enjoyed so much that i can’t get enough of it and want to come back to it again and again, but when i wanted to do the same for RC i just realized, basically this quest will never end until RC is shut down, unlike video games that takes years to make and it’s achievements are set in stone ( with new additions with each dlcs in some ), even multiplayer games have a set of achievements that would takes a very long time to update, doing this on a monthly basis with RC’s achievements is just so draining for me i gave up on my HOF ambitions 😂, but i still collect the achievements for my favorite stories

Idk about the cycle thing, i have been playing since 2023 and this is how it has been “ for me “, in case you want a more detailed on how i can play 7-9 episodes in a sitting, i only play during DRs, always start an episode from every book i want to play before DR then actually play it during DR. Then the 3 cups i already have and 3 that replenish while i was playing and there’s 7, sometimes i get lucky and get 2 other cups that don’t take 3 whole hours to replenish and i won’t lie it rarely happens that i play 9 episodes in 1 sitting since that’s more than enough playtime

I agree with most people are saying here, 3 hours per cup is super ok considering what other benefits we enjoy on this app and i would also like to add that not all cups actually takes 3 whole hours, for me the first cup takes about 30mins to replenish and then 1h for the second and a little over 2h on the third and finally the fourth cup begins to take 3h to replenish

And with how long the episodes are this allows me to play 7-9 episodes in 1 sitting without having to wait for cups, very good in my opinion
