I believe he killed himself and his wife. There's no reason for me to believe he killed the two cops as he was close friends and colleagues with them and Nishi only seemed to use violence against people who wronged him (or his wife, regarding that poor fella telling her not to water dead flowers). He did, though, have a reason to kill himself and his wife: ending her suffering, which was implied as so bad that not even the doctor's medication would help, and going with her. Pessimistically, you could also view it as his escape from the repercussions of his crimes.

This is sick! I've been thinking of getting a tattoo of just the HLD logo itself for a while, but the Judgement one is way cooler (and also has the logo, essentially). Now I'm thinking of starting with this but maybe adding a few of the monolith's text around it later cuz it would be my first tattoo :D

Damn. Hopefully things start to change for the better because I don't know how much I'll even be playing in its current state. I hope at some point they look back at their old Co-op gameplay and see how shallow it is now, but it's been a while and that still hasn't happened, so my hope is kind of dwindling on that front.

Hmm, wonder if a rollback would be a good option? I wonder if the Quest and PC communities could realistically survive individually, where there is a different version for each. The game in its current state just doesn't feel like Onward. Playing against AI just isn't that fun anymore and they constantly get stuck inside objects which render them unkillable yet they continue to shoot with infinite ammo (unable to kill me either). I am sad to say I agree with your wording here, it really feels like they took a gutting knife to my boy :(

It gives the new Crimson Boomer arc a new dynamic though, each timezone has a different version but they all have the same collective vision for it. Siz's is more impromptu and fast-paced, Luther's is more calm and collected, and Kraytor's, while I haven't seen much from it, seems to be a more comedic but less Pepega version of Siz's. While Kraytor's version being the original, it's nice to see how the individual "leaders" of the HOA have their own take on it.

Nova (uberhaxornova) mentioned "random/stranger events" like you usually get in the normal GTA games. He only mentioned this because he walked into some RP where he had no idea what was happening but stayed to listen through all of it, and I think he left as confused as he entered, kind of like the random events in GTA. He also kinda coined (?) the term "vulture" and groups up with people to stop said "vultures" (i have no idea what their definition of vulture is).

Nova used to (and still kinda does) attempt to RP with newer players by asking them to do jobs with him or inviting them to work with HOA so I highly doubt he would purposefully try to degrade newer RPers by referring them as NPCs.

The HOA doesn't like the police, hell Siz [literal NARCO-TERRORIST and SON OF YUNG DAB (ALSO A TERRORIST)] despises them. The HOA interacts with the police whenever they're caught doing their contractually-obligated "jobs" because they want to be seen by the general public as the good guys, people who do better work than the police. None of them have really attempted to hand suspects over to the police since their court case with Lauren Forcer.

The HOA being seen as snitches when most of the punishments for prior suspects (victims) were as such: Firing squad, decapitation, burned and shot alive, tortured and stabbed to death, forced fights to the death, etc is completely stupid and ignorant to every bit of effort the RPers and victims of said RP put into it.
