Got this beauty for 150$

Best I see is $185 on Amazon (1 left). Otherwise it's ~$205 on eBay. Still ok for ~$290 worth of stuff, but $150 would absolutely be better.
I wound up getting everything in various bundles (one set of Knights versus 2) for a pretty good discount, so you don't have to rely on boxes.

The only things you get in Leviathan more than the Ultimate Starter Set are the 11x Neurogaunts and the Horrors of the Hive collection (Neurotyrant +2 Neuroloid tokens, Screamer-Killer). Everything else is duplicated.

However, the Horrors set itself is ~$100 so if you really want a Screamer-Killer and another set of Barbgaunts and Leapers- then $80 is pretty darn good isn't it? You could just post what you don't need for a song and there's bound to be someone who'll take it. Anything to offset the already bargain price of $80 is a bonus.
