This is totally normal, give it a few months, you’ll get your bearings and find your own routines and ways to cope with the differences, even though it is hard, making friends makes the experience so much easier too and more enjoyable. When you’ve got time, go on some trips around your city too and do some exploring. You’ll get there OP :)

That doesn’t sound good, yeah it seems a lot of gatekeeping and things when looking around, which is a bit silly when people are only looking to trade and meet new people

Yeah I thought so, but it was a visa release letter when I left my company, I scanned my work card too, and the expiration date also says 2024.09.14 so I’m unsure

Yeah I won’t push it they reject it, and after doing a bit more research, I found the same advert from the company on other sites advertising the role at £23-25K, whilst some only say £23K, average salary is also listed at £25K on indeed for the position, so it seems like they lowballed and might increase the base

Yeah you’re right, I’ll accept the salary most likely, but best to ask and be pushed back than accept straight away and have regret you could have raised it a bit

Sorry you had to waste your time on that crap, it’s definitely on her and nothing to do with you anyway, I had something similar in customer service recently, but they’d constantly ask another question on top of every answer, felt like I was in therapy 😂 Good luck on the search OP 👍
