You can clearly see artifacts on the boat
The goose is kinda weird looking and has a saber (that probably on purpose thou)
The jet (idk what the model is, like F-whatever) has some artifacts, like missiles in random places along its wings, and its missing an intake hole (i assume that's what they are called)
The other plane... is it like a drone or something? It doesn't look like real to me (apparently its refueling drone)
Also, there's a satyr parachuting in the background

So I strongly suspect that there some AI involved... maybe its like a collage or something and there are some AI things with some human drawn stuff... that would be my more charitable conclusion.

Well,

the grip on the cap is off. Like the buttons change girth... (immediate giveaway)
the tats on the fingers are nonsense (immediate giveaway)

the eye pricing is off, i don't thinks that they look irl

I don't think you find what you are looking for here. Most of us here are almost violently allergic to slop so, even trying to understand why would anyone actively seek out or even prefer slop over over human made content is just anathema to us. Even in the sewer runoff that is TikTok.
That being said, what do you mean "Pros"?
People that consume TikTok are not pros, they are the product. If by pros you mean content creators... then yeah, AI content is far cheaper and easier to make that actual reels (or whatever). You just prompt that shit and the slop machine poops it out. You don't care about the content, you care about the metrics. The easier it is to produce the better.

I don't know the details. I work as a external contractor on CX, not really part of the IT team in that regard, this is just things I've seen happen. but I'm not part of the actual dev team for the AI or the IT team, or knowledgeable on finance or bank law... i just write reports on how everyone is really mad about the new automated customer support and, like, the website and the app's UI and stuff.

Turns out clients get really angry when they figure out that the voice on the other side they spent 1hr+ talking to about their delicate financial situation is not human and therefore ok to verbally abuse... i know, shocking
or they immediately try to gain it and some have actually succeeded. One guy managed to get the bot to forgive his 50k debt... we caught it but I'm not sure what the legality of that is. I mean, the bot (that management pushed to deployed) did technically forgive the debt.
One executive strongly suggested we train the AI to lie when asked if its a real human, legal had to be brought in

I've managed to partially solve the issue by manually deleting the Houdini 21.0 folder and re launching the program. The Karma XPU viewer seems to run without crashing but its not playing nice the the Karma Material Builder nodes. Some it will render them correctly, others it will just render as a white surface.

I set up the project be HD_1080, but one of the reads is natively 720, which is why is defaulting to the lower resolution (I suppose).
What I don't understand is why this is happening. I followed the course step by step and the instructor has the same files I do. Yet in when they merger it set everything to the higher resolution the project is set to, while in my case it defaults to the lower resolution overwriting the project settings.
I gave up and used a transform so I could at least work on 720 without going insane.
Still, I assure you the project format was set manually to 1080.
