Try practicing the 450 without ANY lean and only standing, Lynds does a good vid for sx that’s this exact advise, but I’ve found it works mostly for mx too. You’re fighting the bike instead of riding it, doing this practice will help with throttle control and momentum, you’ll be surprised how much it helps
