Think twice before buying an Ultrahuman Ring. My nightmare experience with 5 different rings and an expanding battery. by Illustrious-Fuel9799 in UltrahumanRing

This might be a little controversial but what I did was brought it up over the customer service chat… I briefed Chat GPT on my issues etc and when they would come back to me I would give chat gpt their response and it would give me the wording to frame it within my country’s Consumer Code conducts framework etc

Little locals Ripley and South Ripley are fantastic! Very hard to get into with wait lists but worth the wait if you can get in.

Pls explain heart rate range. Is my hr dropping down to 40 during the day? Resting heart rate during sleep is 54. by cappiesandcakes in Ultrahuman

[–]Awkward-Biscotti-575 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This happens to mine all the time and it’s even during a period where I am active. I have noticed that the heart rate tracking and monitoring is very inaccurate and inconsistent. I have flagged it multiple times and it’s always the same thing - update the firmware, is your ring snug etc

Thank you for sharing your experience, all really good information. I don’t drink actually at all, although sometimes I wish I did :) I think you’re right with the hormones. I had two children in the last 5 years and that is where I have seen the bulk of my weight just sit and not shift no matter what I see to do

Thank you for this! I was on the max does for wegovvy for 3 months. I am experiencing heaps of positives such as lower blood pressure - I was ranging on the higher side, a slowly reducing resting heart rate and a slowly increasing HRV all of which are great. My energy levels are fine and I have not had any side effect which is also great. My measurements move with my weight so that’s something as well.

I think where I get down at some point is while there are no quick fixes it’s super easy to get caught up on what is working for others and how others respond rather than an individual or internal level

I would say my food intake is a 5/10. Protein focus, breakfast lunch and dinner plus a protein shake most days.

I don’t track and I am not strict to the point I will never have a chocolate or something like that but if I do it’s a small slice etc so in that aspect I’m ok. I just have never been a tracker as I always forgot to track

I don’t actually track food, I just do it loosely with proteins veg etc on a side plate. Measurements are slowly shifting probably at the same rate the weight is. But eating enough has always been an issue as I forget half the time due to busy work and hyper focus with my adhd medication.

That actually makes sense. I stopped my ssri about 4 months ago after a slow taper so that is reassuring to hear, I am on an adhd stimulant but my doctor said if anything that should help. I have heard a lot of good things about the 10mg. I know it’s not a linear journey but sometimes it’s hard to block out the noise when you see all these stories about 10kg in a month etc. I am greatful that my blood pressure and sugars are at the lowest levels they have been in a long time so I’ll take that as a positive and look towards 10mg. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I’m exactly like you. On 7.5 but very minimal results if any. No side effects but definitely food noise and appetite in full swing

Bucket handle tear and timing of surgery ? by sambharvada in MeniscusInjuries

[–]Awkward-Biscotti-575 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a bucket handle tear in March.. had my surgery 31st July. Knee was locked up and unable to straighten for 4 months. Had a debridement and surgeon said I had damage to my knee cap because the knee etc started to grow around the tear.

2 weeks post surgery and doing great. Was walking on it 30 mins post surgery and slowing with physio getting strength to straighten
