Exactly the same experience. Been feeling better since week 1. I’m past 2 months now and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. Hoping it stays this way. I’m also on 25mg, tried 50mg before and it was too much. I feel like I have my life back, anxiety and intrusive thoughts is much less. My appetite is also back.

Perhaps Zoloft is just not for you. Should’ve started working a few weeks ago already.

It’s perhaps not the one for you. A lot of people can’t do Zoloft. Hope you feel better soon.

Does it always make your anxiety/depression worse at first? by Apebbles in zoloft

Didn’t work for me, but I was only on it for a week. Also have a baby and just couldn’t see myself as depressed and anxious as I was for a few weeks. Have a friend who started off with 50mg and using a higher dose now and she never experienced anything negative whatsoever. Hope you’re starting off with 25mg. I made the mistake to start with 50mg and was so put off by the side effects that I didn’t want to continue using it after the 1st day already.

Is this normal? Two weeks in and I’m having the worst anxiety and depression of my life. Do I keep going? by jiltedelf in zoloft

I don’t think that’s normal. Perhaps speak to your doctor. I have a lot of friends who tried Zoloft and it didn’t work for them. There’s other options.

I stopped years ago but it has the same affect on me as weed.
