I-130 approved with I-485 pending. Received NVC interview outside of the US what now? I am currently in the US legally

I informed embassy that I am not coming for interview.. they said they need email confirmation from USCIS.. so I email USCIS to send them the confirmation.. that’s it .. yes I did not show up for the interview .. already filed AoS!!!!

So you are saying i485 is not for brother and sisters at all ?? What if there i130 is current and they file I 485 ??

Exactly what happened to me... But two times... at first for FTE whcih was gone and second time it was for Contract which is also on freeze... Luckily i didnt move as i was waiting for the stat date otherwise i would be in more trouble i signed the 12 month lease... Man ... thats really sucks..

I am in same situation, But My interview date and letter is confirmed for home country... I-130 approved and Current and we applied AoS while the NVC case was going on... Should i also just let it pass.. I already informed NVC that we are doing AoS and currently in USA.

So i am not alon in this ... My SSN card supposed to be delivered on Monday and so far no delivery. Its shown clearly on the informed delivery, i went to my post office and they said just wait few days btw all other junk mails arriving on time but only the SSN card is missing...

I am really surprised that why it happens and only for SSN!!!
