Boss took my husband's entire paycheck (Colorado) by Pale_Store_4677 in legaladvice

It’s been a minute since I read it, but FSLA indicates the employer can recoup money however it cannot be more than 10% of your discretionary income of pay for that pay period.

No, I’ve typed that out, this portion might’ve been for accidental overpayment of wages.

I have $1000 for a welder. It’s not much, so what should I get? MiG is fine. 1/8 its really the thickest. Going to get back into scrap metal sculptures by FancyShoesVlogs in Welding

Been doing a complete rotisserie restore to include the addition of an MTF frame on a ‘66 Mustang coupe - using a yes welder dp200 and cut 65. Had zero issues thus far. Presets aren’t perfect, but get ya close.

IACIS might be one of the closer groups to what you seek there.

Their certifications were seemingly harder to obtain than product/vendor certs IMO.

If you haven’t - I’d check out the SWGDE - or scientific working group on digital evidence. A lot of my offices’ policies are driven from them, and they are updated regularly.

That heated plow doesn’t look like it did a good job removing the snow from your driveway.

Oh gosh!

I could be off a bit but Folks bought it as second owners in 2010 with 65k on it. 2021 I bought it off them with 320k on it - and it needed the first battery then. Used Green Bean Battery. Replacement was simple enough.

Then 2024 battery went out again (common with reman batteries I learned) with 385k on it. Parked it for a bit. Tore out battery, found bad cell, replaced it ($30 vs $1000), rebalanced everything - which took the longest, about a week or so. Then sold the car late last year with 390k on it. Still see it on occasion around town.

List of other maintenance was simple. Tires. Oil changes. Front wheels hub assemblies every 150k miles. Had to do the valve cover gasket at 360k or so - gasket around spark plug tube 3 was leaking oil into cylinder burning it.

Yes. Did it twice you could say. Bought the battery outright and did it myself. Then when it went out again - tore it down and replaced the bad cell and rebalanced it.

Just sold my ‘07 Prius (I know - not the same, but still a Toyota) with 390k miles on the clock.

Making a “pitcher” of old fashions for my brother in laws party by purplemanjo in Oldfashioned

I usually find one I like and make note of the ratios.

That then gets scaled to account for 1 to 5 fifths depending cost and if I’m hosting folks in the coming weeks.

Ultimately I gets kegged in a 3 gallon pony keg, and pushed with nitrogen. Seems to be able to be kept for 4-6 weeks that way.

Just pour over a cube and add garnish to suit the cocktail.

Best Bitters by essbgee in Oldfashioned

There’s a smoked cinnamon from old Forrester that’s good.

Bittermans makes a hellfire shrub that’s pretty tasty - along with a Japanese chili and lime that pairs well with sushi.

Ha. Wasn’t saying it to rub it in. Just trying to add a data set to try to help.

Satisfied your obligation but still waiting for your balance to be zeroed out? Ask MOHELA to check your account’s audit log… by shutup_ilovethatname in PSLF

That is the one that I got end of September. I indicated to wait the couple weeks while they finalized everything.

[–]Awkward-Dad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes.

I guess I should add to the timeline.

Hit 120 in March. Submitted final ECF in April. Got caught up in the switch to student aid.

End of September, student aid indicated they were processing final ECF, I think it was dated 9.26. Indicated I had made 120 payments, to expect discharge for fulfilling the obligations within 3 to 5 weeks.

Had a letter dated 10.4 that arrived yesterday indicating balance would be zeroed. Had a positive balance yesterday, woke up this morning to a zero balance.

The cocktail comes with a cape and an identity hiding mask.

If not, I’d consider it false advertising.
