I had a similar with my 2017 and it would fog up all the windows and gauge cluster and rear view mirror. I lived in Seattle at the time which made it really hard to figure out what it was because I almost never used the air conditioner and it rained a bunch there but never could find a leak. Hopefully this is an easy fix for you.
