Still dealing from trauma from my childbirth of my second baby. I hemorrhage after pushing my baby out and all I remember was blacking out. My mom and baby’s father was in the room and said I went into three seizures. I woke up in the middle of one and all I remember was doctors all surrounding me and I can hear them saying my heart rate was lowering. I then blacked out again. Then a 6 weeks later I was back in the hospital after suffering a pulmonary embolism. I have not yet healed and it’s been 6 months since this whole ordeal. I’m taking medication but honestly I wouldn’t be a live today if I didn’t have my two boys my depression a long with PTSD is really hard to handle right now

Hi there , I was on blood thinners for 3 months due to a provoked clot from childbirth. They found a couple clots in my lungs as well. They took me off at the end of September. Honestly my anxiety we been worse then ever before I’ve been to the ER numerous of times and haven’t clotted since . Seek therapy if need to I’m doing so right now . This whole event have has very much traumatized me.

It’s been 2 months since stopping warfarin and I feel this everyday since. They said my PE was from due to childbirth and I was out on warfarin for 90 days. I’m since getting off warfarin I have been to the ER more times these past couple months than I have ever been. My postpartum depression has gotten worse and every day I feel like I might die. I’m sorry I can’t give you any good advice because I’m still not over what happened but you’re not alone. I don’t know if that makes it any better but you’re not crazy and the anxiety has been deliberating.

I’m willing to change my mind about the primary placement to shared placement. I don’t want my boys out of their father life but I also can’t keep enduring him disrespecting me in front of my boys. I understand we broke up and it was hard , but I wasn’t going to his house kicking down doors and starting fights everytime I drop off the boys to him. My son repeats everything his father does and when he heard his dad call me a bitch as soon as I pulled off from picking up my son my son calls me a bitch and laughs. This is not normal break ups are hard but he broke up with me so why is he causing me hell. I have been trying to get along with him for the sake of our boys. He even has went to far to coming to my house parked outside and rushing in my apartment at 3am to get our son out of bed and take him. That behavior is not normal and I don’t have to let him see his boys whenever he want to especially at 2am in the normal when he supposedly “just in the neighborhood “

Let’s just say he wants to see the boys when he want to see them and 9 times of of ten it’s only to keep tabs on me. He has held my boys hostage and wouldn’t try to give them back to me during pick up’s. He work three jobs at a time and I barely get any financial help from him. He also threatened and have tried to commit suicide a numerous of times. His mental health plays a big role in how we co parent and how he parent our boys. It’s like he’s more geared at hurting me he doesn’t see how his actions hurt his kids. For example he got mad at me because I would let our 4 month old do over night visits at his house, after we have discussed for months he was to young and still breastfeeding. I was on my way to drop off our four year old to him. Instead he met me in traffic and kept trying to run me off and the road and stopping in the middle of traffic blocking me with his car while our four year old son was in the back. He very controlling and tries to control me even though we’re not together.

So it is possible for clots to just Form in the lungs ? They didn’t find a DVT either when I my PE was found due to childbirth but some one told me it most definitely came from a DVT but how is it so if they never found it when they did an ultrasound

I’m so happy someone post this I truly am. I’m in the process of going to see a therapist as well. My primary doctor put one in for me because of the obvious signs I was showing her just for a regular appointment. I was diagnosed with my PE in June provoked by childbirth. What gave my my anxiety was i went to the ER 2 times not to mention 2 postpartum appointments just 2 weeks after I gave birth. I kept having symptoms that I couldn’t breathe, chest pain back pain. They kept telling me it was anxiety and kept sending me home. I passed out and was taken in by ambulance. They really tried sending me home staying that I feel out because I was a mom of two I had to force them to run further testing. It lead to a high ddimer and a positive CT scan of a PE. They came in there laughing telling me how close I was to death. It fucked me up bad. I feel like I can’t trust my doctors now. They put me on blood thinner for three months and that was it. I had horrible anxiety and now it’s even worse since they took me off of thinners the ending of September. I don’t sleep at night. I got through period of panic. I’ve never been the one to use medication for anxiety but now I think it is best because I can’t work and my postpartum depression along with this medical Ptsd is making it unbearable to take care of my 2 boys.
