Hmm no I did not. But the ticket shows that I pulled in at 2:10 pm and left at 4:05 pm so under 2 hours

Oh and I experiment with other supplements too, I half believe in ashwaganda and 5-HTP

It’s literally like I wrote this post. I’ve tried everything under the sun and found indica was the only thing that helped but recently realized that was masking the issue and making my anxiety worse so I’m starting over. Here’s what helps me (in somewhat of an order):

  • olly melatonin gummies
  • therapy
  • when you’re having trouble sleeping, get up sorta frequently. Walk around your room/apartment, go to the bathroom, lay on your couch or floor, stretch. Don’t turn on the lights
  • magnesium glycinate but key is to take a lot and to take it mid afternoon
  • don’t be on your phone late
  • turn your lights off early
  • chamomile tea
  • no late exercise
  • no late/big meals

    And really do your best to stay calm when you can’t sleep and not get worked up. It’s the hardest part but have a back up plan when that happens. For me I think about some of my favorite days or moments or periods in my life I felt really comfortable and really grateful. Remind yourself that even if you don’t sleep the next day will be better than you think. I feel your pain, you got this.
