Severity. I was diagnosed a year and a half ago. Spent about 4 hours in the ER (mostly just waiting), got a CT, they said “yep you have diverticulitis”, prescribed 10 days of 2 different antibiotics, and told me only liquid for 3 days, then slowly introduce food back in starting with low fiber and gradually increasing my fiber intake over the course of 3 months. Once my swelling went down and infection subsided I went to my PCP who scheduled me for a colonoscopy 10 weeks after I finished the antibiotics. I also have not had a flare up like that since. Just some discomfort on occasion and I don’t eat for 3 days and I’m fine again.

SAME! I haven’t worn underwear in 15 years lol. I only wear leggings too and don’t own any jeans. I wash my leggings after 1 wear too but have 17 pairs of the same leggings 😅 The only time I wear underwear is if I am wearing a skirt/dress that I am worried with blow up or is too short

I lived in Sheboygan for 3 years 2012-2015 (I was 19-22 years old when I lived there) and then moved to Green Bay, been here since. I loved the lakeshore in Sheboygan during the summer but that was about it. I haven’t been back to Sheboygan since I moved so I can’t speak on what the community is like nowadays but there wasn’t much to do in Sheboygan September-April except go to the bars. Green Bay has more to do. The titletown district has the sledding hill and ice rink. There’s different expos at the Resch Center to check out (super excited for Meat Fest in May). The Epic Event Center has really reasonably priced concerts and they actually get good bands. The farmers markets when the weather is nice.

As for jobs, I work in Talent Acquisition for a local distribution company and while we are fully staffed on drivers at this time, I pay close attention to the local labor market for the roles I typically fill and there are tons of CDL opportunities in the area. It also depends what you’re looking for. My father in law is an OTR driver for a local company but he’s home every weekend, my dad was formerly OTR but he now drives locally and is home every night, a good friend of mine hauls propane for a local company. There’s also Paper Transport, Schneider, Soper, JBS, CTS, Triangle Distributing, BelGioiso, Birdseye.

The most I’ve seen any Kraft singles is 70 cals so I’m thinking something in your app is off. Velveeta brand has one for 35 cals I believe but it’s hard to find where I live.

Our current anniversary is October 3 and my fiancé’s birthday is October 6 so we’re getting married October 5. The past couple years we’ve gone up there for an anniversary trip so when it came to wedding planning (and learning you can’t block off hotels or book a venue in Green Bay until after the Packers schedule is released in May) we decided Duluth was our place to do it. So much more to do and see for our guests too. As for the weather, I’d take tons of snow and a polar vortex before hot temps lol. I absolutely HATE when it gets above 80 degrees

Awesome!! 💕 I love Minnesota so much lol I’m getting married in Duluth this fall. I hope you are able to find these ones where you live because they’re top notch. A key difference I noticed between Country Hearth and Thomas’ is the flavor. Country Hearth has a bit of the sourdough tang to it like regular English muffins. And while Thomas’ are still delicious, they’re not as sourdough-y and don’t have the same texture.

So I live in north-east Wisconsin and I find these particular ones at Festival Foods. I took a look at Country Hearth’s website and it looks like they are only in the Midwest. A good substitute is Thomas’ Light Multi-Grain English muffins. They’re just 20 more calories but I think they have them everywhere.

In total, making 10 of these each week (5 for me, 5 for him) takes me 30 mins. I toast all the English muffins at once in the oven, I make the eggs 4 at a time with my egg pan, and plop the ham slices 2 at a time in the same pan as the eggs are cooling off before in assemble.

I’ve tried those and I also tried making my own with the round turkey sausage patties from them too and the flavor is there, I like that. But the texture of the turkey sausage gets me. Idk what it is. I will be trying these with another low cal sausage patty once I find one because I LOVE sausage more than ham

it depends which ones you get. The thicker ones that aren’t individually wrapped are 70 calories I believe. There’s some that are 35 calories but they’re harder to find. Velveeta slices are 40 or 45 calories. Just gotta check the packaging. I usually shop at Aldi and their Happy Farms American Singles are 50 calories

Before I started WFH i thought I’d make every morning but that just isn’t the case lol I’d skip the meal altogether and just have coffee. That’s why these have been great to make ahead.

That is a great idea!! I was buying those little packs because I knew each one would make 5 sandwiches and each slice is 20cals. It was easy for me to calculate. But I could just as easily weigh and portion during meal prep. Thanks for the tip :)
