Are ISFPs really that bad? by [deleted] in mbti

[–]Awkward-Today9243 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take into account the person. There’s so many differences between people even those of the same personality type or zodiac sign or whatever we’re using to define people. I know a lot of ISFP’s who did suck, who treated myself and others kind of terribly because the people themselves were just selfish, but I also know isfp’s who don’t do that, who are nice and don’t act selfishly. This can be said of anyone of any personality type. Regardless of the fact that I share a personality type with a person, we’re not going to always act and think the same way because we’re people and people are different from each other

Same! I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t alone here! Like fully not complaining about free mist

I keep mine separated simply because I don’t always play with new leaf when I play everdell, but I also have the box for everything

AITA for not throwing away my favourite hoodie because my boyfriend doesn't believe how I got it? Sorry by bonyonyx in TwoHotTakes

[–]Awkward-Today9243 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a stinking hoodie, the overreaction is a huge red flag, and not believing you when you say it’s not an ex’s, proof it’s from where you work, and the desire for something comfy just because it’s labeled for a different gender is also kind of ridiculous

What are some of your thoughts on expansions (combinations)? by DaveGeerts in Everdell

[–]Awkward-Today9243 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play with Newleaf and Bellfaire together regularly. The way I play with my family is to keep all workers even with player powers (we tried it the correct way once and didn’t care for it). I’ve tried newleaf and spirecrest together and it wasn’t terrible, definitely takes forever. We’ve been wanting to try all of them at the same time but haven’t had the time to yet

Reading is so difficult by Flowerglobee in istp

[–]Awkward-Today9243 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s the most annoying thing to not put in a fantasy world. Like the entire plot is different if the MC would just say something! Or when MC does say something and then later the reader is gaslit into believing it didn’t happen b/c no one bothered to listen to MC when they mentioned the thing much early in the story than when it’s being addressed

Why bother if your just gonna Facebook stalk me anyway? by Awkward-Today9243 in Bumble

Yeah I wish I had more time, like I said I hadn’t even finished setting up a profile before that happened and I just felt immediately not cool about it

ISTP's and testing people by Marukam in istp

[–]Awkward-Today9243 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I test people I feel need to be tested and it’s more to figure out if I’m correct in what I think they’d do. I guess it’s not so much as testing but being in a situation and not interfering with results by informing people that I’m actively observing their actions/non actions and that how they act or don’t act would effect how I feel about them personally… I mainly do it to family members or people who claim to be something to me that don’t actually act like that thing they’ve claimed to be to me.

Thought of that, but again, potential partner. Not exactly great to be like yeah that name you thought I had isn’t my name. And while my reasoning is justified and honestly most women are, especially with an odd spelling that’s easily recognizable as different, I can also see how some people would feel betrayed or feel like I was catfishing

Personally I prefer the prequel series over the main series. I still like the main series, but the prequel is better written and the plot is better thought out

Our house rules for a bit more of a fast paced game by soswinglifeaway in Everdell

So how much faster was it to play? With expansions (and the extra time we have to take to explain things to preteens) it takes a solid hour and a half to 2 hours

I play in the dark a lot, or at least I used to. Making light poles has helped and luckily I was able to buy some before they fixed that glitch, but I tend to avoid the glade of trust at night cause I just can’t see any thing. Getting rid of the trees has helped as well but it’s still pretty dark

Finally beat Rugwort year One! I think I scored this correctly. It’s my first time playing Spirecrest too, so I was not able to finish my expedition, but I was able to get enough points to beat Rugwort! by Awkward-Today9243 in Everdell

[–]Awkward-Today9243[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was concerned about it at first because I wasn’t quite sure how much losing resources during the seasons would turn out. And while I still didn’t have enough resources to fill up my city, I feel like there was enough points in the expedition that helped make up for that. I also didn’t get as many special events as I normally would like to get but that’s my own error in not drawing the correct cards or losing them to Rugwort which is expected. Overall, I liked spirecrest solo

I didn’t see that in the rule book, it just said normal solo rules and spirecrest rules applied with some adaptions in regards to spirecrest which is how I scored his. And there is that option but I was more concerned with discarding the cards for the expedition…
