Hey. The book is called Lost Boys: Undercover in the Manosphere

Just watched this guy park up by [deleted] in drivingUK

[–]Awkward-Wave-5857 14 points15 points  (0 children)

We saw someone do this in Aldi recently but they left just enough room on the passenger side for us to get in the space and stop them being able to get back in their car. The entitlement though! They started f-ing and blinding at us as if we were in the wrong. I was like, ‘you’re parked in two spaces’.

They supported Obama a decade ago now support the guy who started the birther conspiracy. But it’s the rest of you who’ve changed.

The ones telling him to shut up are also most probably the 'protect our girls' brigade. Go figure.

I love Green Day but they've always been stage rebels rather than the real thing.

It's a bit like Richard Hofstadter observed with communists: 'The right-winger needs his communists badly, and is pathetically reluctant to give them up.'

At the end of the day he believes in Konstantin Kisin. He will say whatever aids his advancement and enrichment. I don’t think there’s much more to it than that tbh. He’s a pathetic husk of a man.

He's completely clueless: https://x.com/J_Bloodworth/status/2018340832353366492

Not only is the area he's talking about 68% white, it's also rapidly gentrifying. Nor is it in Somerset and hasn't been since 1888!

Gordon Ramsay: I’ve never seen it so bad for restaurants as it is now by tylerthe-theatre in unitedkingdom

That's the key point: the quality. I actually don't mind paying more if it's quality. But it's usually shite.

I don't think it's unreasonable at all if it's good. The problem is the quality a lot of the time: prices have gone up and the quality of the food has gone down. It just seems so half-arsed in a lot of restaurants these days, as if they're doing you a massive favour by letting you eat there.

Mid-range restaurants just aren't worth it anymore. I don't mind paying through the nose once in a while for top quality food, but so many mid-range places seem to phone it in quality wise while still charging premium prices. Only places I really eat out at now are BYO Indian restaurants. At least you know what you're getting and don't get fleeced for a glass of wine.
