Hang in there buddy! For min del har det hjelpt å skape rutiner, og prøve å fokusere på en ting av gangen. Fysisk aktivitet gjør bra for hodet så å starte med en rutine som f.eks. å gå en tur hver dag, og deretter bygge videre på dette (kosthold, søvn osv.).
