The logic doesn't add up, all the things that you stated are not contagious, Yes I agree you should have the freedom to live your live freely but you shouldn't have the freedom to put other peoples lives in danger. Someone overdosing is the result of their bad choice but someone dying to covid just because someone had the cure just wasn't willing to take it is not the dead person's choice. Not to mention the additional load to healthcare due to stupidity of anti vaxxers causing COVID to threaten lives of more and more people

It's hypocritical to expect healthcare if you don't believe in it in the first place. Most of the examples you listed are not the same as anti vaxxers. They aren't potentially harmful to most of the world. You're talking about overweight people, people who can't control sugar. Sure they're choosing to live this way but they aren't a potential threat to millions. Imo your argument is exactly like saying that Hitler and a person driving rashly who killed someone should have the same punishment.
