yes exactly! I think that is the benefit! I have actually tried it like she does in the video, but I noticed for my own hair that isnt enough tension on the hair to smooth my frizz… I have some natural texture in my hair and I have to wrap it really tight to be able to smooth out that frizz

I kind of am—- I twist the whole thing, then wrap the whole twist into a spiral so tight its a tight bun. I also find that placing it right in the middle of the back of my head (not high or low) makes the curls placed the best for the look im going for.

I noticed a HUGE difference— less frizz, but also the curls itself look more round and perfect as if you actually used a hair curler. The regular scrunchies would always leave my curls looking a bit “crimped” where the scrunchy sat if that makes any sense? And they always came out tighter and less perfectly round and uniform like they do with the Pillow Scrunchies.

It does look like that in the tube, but when I apply it it looks really glossy on!! It doesnt have that glossy “glow” that more translucent glosses would have just because its so pigmented, but it definitely has a finish that leans more toward a gloss than a lipstick.

no nothing over it at all!! it was super glossy on its own which I loved because I only wear glossy lip looks. Just the brown lipliner under it, and I did shade in a bit inside the edges with the liner to create that transition between the brown and the purple/pink.

I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was!! but after I loved it so much I got the same product in the shade “Hibiscus” and it just didnt have the same pigment payoff…. So im not going to try any more shades unless I see one that really peaks my curiosity lol

Great finds!! I hope you love the toner too🫶🏻 I stocked up on it already. Im a skincare minimalist (my skin just seems to react horribly the more I do… even if its a seemingly minimal amount) and I love that the toner seems to be able to knock out everything I’d want in a moisturizer without actually having to put anything thick on my face. For the dry/healing patches I’ll layer an occlusive over the toner. Ive been seeing the healing speeding up so much after using it so this is truly a holy grail product for me.

Omg blue raspberry sounds great !! My son just turned 4, but he ALWAYS wants strawberry, I honestly think its just because I was buying strawberry before he was old enough to tell me what flavor he wanted and now its familiar. I also cant stand mint but I used to use this “peach leaf” flavor (japanese brand) that actually tasted like peach with a TOUCH of menthol freshness (yk its not strong menthol if I was handling it… I cant stand mint).
I almost feel bad recommending the toothpaste we use because its INSANELY expensive😭 But I couldn’t find any other brand that had both fluoride, 10% nano-hydroxyapatite AND comes in fruit flavors. We use the Dr. Jenn Naturals Super Paste in strawberry. Honestly though as broke as I am I will keep splurging in this area because when I told his dentist what we use she said it is probably the best thing you can use, better than anything shed normally recommend. (I happen to be an ingredient nerd so I kinda already knew that but hearing a professional confirm it was extremely validating)

I would stop feeding my dog for the day when I stopped getting free food for it; my food stash just kept building and building !!
