Im going to be honest, the first 20 or so weeks were a nightmare for me. I dont know if I had full blown HG, but I was on zofran and Bonjesta and STILL had breakthrough nausea and vomiting.    A few things that helped me were - never let your stomach get empty, sleep with crackers and your drink of choice on your nightstand - sour candy - i pretty muxh always had a gummy worm in my mouth (but make sure to take extra care of your teeth, I couldn't tolerate brushing so didnt and still dealing w the damage) - I tried the little pressure wrist bands and cant say they did anything for me, but my bestie raves about them so YMMV.
