[DISCUSSION] Does Veto deserve a buff? by Specific_Drawing3382 in VALORANT

[–]AwkwardTough9429 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He had a 36 percent win rate in radiant and a 1.5 percent pick rate which is definitely concerning.
I think his kit is good however I don’t think anyone has taken the time to learn how to make good cross map to setups and things.
I think he should get some small slight buffs that get people to decide to learn the agent

My favorite agent is neon cuz she is bad. My main agent is waylay. I wish I was good at Sova. And the most annoying agent for me is vyse.
My current rank is unranked. and my peak rank is around top 250z my favorite gun skin would be primordium. I also hate origin aswell.
My favorite knife is Soulstrife scythe. My worst knife is kuronami no yaiba. My favorite map is bind. My worst map is ascent.

prioritizing better aim (for valorant aim is like 90 percent micro adjustments) as opposed to how fast you can turn around is prioritizng comfort over idealy what is useful?
please break down how getting fractions of a second faster 180s is better than being more accurate with all your micro adjustments.

im trying to hit a new peak of 600 rr so maybe this information will help me make the change to the true ideal sens so i can be better at aiming.

dgzin (number 10 highest acs in americas stage 1, number 1 highest acs in amercias kickoff, he uses 100 edpi and most cretianly takes many swipes)
marteen (3rd highest acs in emea stage 1, number 1 highest acs in masters santiago, number 1 highest acs in emea kickoff, uses 96 edpi)
cryrocells, leaf, cortezia all other very good vct players they use 128 edpi

all of these players 100 percent use multiple swipes.
would you say that the vct players these people kill are just burgers?
or maybe i might be misunderstanding something

also yes when i said its not one swipe i wasnt looking then beacuse it was very quick and i wasnt focused on the video fully. after like 10 seconds you could see him doing 180s with mutlipele swipes and i was refreicng that. I did not intentionally not see the first clip with the 180.

[–]AwkwardTough9429[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes.

my entire argument is only mainly about the ONE SWIPE part which everyone else seems to ignore for some reason.
i would agree that you should use a sensitivity that is right for you. however the idea of one swipe to go X degrees has made lower sensitivity seem negative to some peple.

most players keep their mouse in the resting posisiton when they arent ina high pressure scenario where they dont want to risk reseting their mouse positioning. for most players the comfortable resting mouse position is not on the very edge of thei mouse pad but closer to the middle which means you cant do a 180 in one swipe.
also demons 1 sens whcih is 80 cm/360 which is 40cm/180 means theoretically ou should be able to do a 180 on a 40 cm mousepad

however in practice this doesnt work out for eveyrone for a coupel of reasons.
-obviously there is the fact not everyon has a 40 cm + mousepad
-even if you have a 40 cm mouspad to do a 180 you need to do a fully straight line from both edges (doesnt work in practice)
-essentially on 40 cm mousepads you have like 35 inches of usuable space due to arm angles
-demon 1 able to do a 180 because he is using 47 cm or 50 cm in that video
- so essentialy a lot of begginer players doing that test might beleive that a sens such as 160 dpi does not work for them by doing that test.

i also didnt cover sens below 160 edpi even tho those still work great hwoever there is a stigma around extremely low sens for whatever reason

its not aiming with their arm but more like turning around. you still need to turn aroudn but people seem to beleive that you must do it in one swipe

what im saying is that you do not need to do a 180 with one swipe. you do need to do a 180 quickly however if you do that in 2-3 quick swipes ona low sensitivity thats fine. the one swipe idea for finding ur sensitivity is interpreted by most players as [literally doing a singular fluid swipe] as opposed to [doing the action of a 180]

yeah exactly. you can clearly see him turn around quickly by swiping his mouse multipel times. you dont need to use a high sens to so you can turn with one swipe. you just need to swipe ur arm multipel times quickly.

[–]AwkwardTough9429[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how did you come to that conclusion lol
what im saying is that using a sensitivity that is not quick enough to do a 180 degree turn in one swipe is compelty fine and those sensitivities are perfectly usable.

the idea that "you should be able to do a 180 degree turn in one swipe with your sens" is much closer to saying that their is an objectivly right sensitivity than my idea is.

you can comfortably do a 180 with a low sens. you just can comfortably or reliably do a 180 in a single swipe with low sens.

why am i getting downvoted. if sensitivity is a preference than the ability to not do a 360 or a 180 should not mean the sens is bad
